The Blue Mountains House is a conceptual design.

Situated on a steep slope with views towards the valley, the design takes advantage of solar access while lightly impacting its environment and taking advantage of the potential views from all living areas.

The client wanted a house for entertaining guests but one that could also become their private getaway. The entry is hidden within the native vegetation of the site. Divided into three pavilions the houses private and public spaces are linked by a gallery that captures glimpses of its surroundings.
