The clients wanted the refurbishment of their existing tenancy to reflect the direction of the business and its future growth as one of the NSW South Coast’s leading mortgage brokers.

Based in Ulladulla, the new works include a re-plan of the entire tenancy and expansion into a neighbouring tenancy. The new workspaces include defined reception and waiting area, interview rooms, general office area and transparent and light filled cellular offices.

Efficiency was maximised by incorporating built in storage into each of the spaces to encourage the reduction of loose furniture. The clients brief of establishing a professional workplace was achieved through a minimal palette and clean lines to assist with the growth the business.
